John Graham is Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer for Co-Alliance LLP. As CFO his primary duties are to provide leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team as well as provide strategic leadership for the company and recommendations to the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors.

John has spent 34 years in leadership roles within Co-Alliance LLP or its farmer co-operative predecessors. During these years, he has handled, managed, and implemented with success at least fifteen mergers and acquisitions ranging from $500,000 to $90,000,000; executed on three start-ups; and put together seven joint ventures. Among those joint ventures, John has been engaged with Co-Alliance LLP in developing diversified farming opportunities for farmer-owners.

John helped implement and manage Co-Alliance’s contract hog production strategy that has allowed its farmer-owners to utilise assets, bring family members back to the farm, and diversify its income. John continued his diversification when he started Growing Green LLC with four others and has hands-on experience and honed skills in growing, operating, and the continued development of indoor aeroponic produce growing systems.

As Chairman of the Board for Agronomy Services, LLP, John serves on the Board for Agri-Insurance Exchange, and Local Harvest Food Inc (which is a company that assists small and start-up businesses in marketing locally grown and produced food products).

John received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from University of Evansville, Evansville Indiana, and a Master of Business degree from Indiana University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
