Dean has over 30 years’ experience in leading global procurement strategy and manufacturing operations within FMCG and long-lead time environments. He has held a number of senior roles managing multi million pound spends, large teams and multi-site operations on a global basis, including Procurement and Operations Director at Earlex Group and Managing Partner at Whitehead Management Support. Dean’s strong commercial and technical awareness compliments his ability to see things holistically and execute decisions in a proactive manner, responding effectively to any unexpected issues in order to ensure positive outcomes.

As a member of the IAG team, Dean sources and secures the latest technological developments in order to provide the most innovative and cost-effective solutions for our customers and client partners, helping them grow wholesome and healthy food in an environmentally friendly way. With the coronavirus pandemic, environmental factors and socio-economic pressures all having an impact on global food supplies, Dean is passionate about deploying his expertise to help find tangible solutions to these issues.
